Designing and building your (nearly) perfect future.

Designing and Building Your Future, by Means of M.S.A.

“To argue with a man who has renounced the use and authority of reason, and whose philosophy consists in holding humanity in contempt, is like administering medicine to the dead, or endeavoring to convert an atheist by scripture.” ― Thomas Paine

Greetings, my name is Earnest Mann, and I would like to talk a little bit about the future, actually more precisely, your future.

This is about a 10 minute read, so if you feel as though that is something far too long for you to endure, because you have the attention span of a goldfish, then don’t bother, go back to one of your many comfortable and vacuous life preoccupations, that you simply cannot live without.

But if you are however willing to take the 10 minutes to read this, congratulations, you may have just come across one of the best, honest and sincere opportunities to improve your life, ever, and that's certainly not a bad investment for 10 minutes of your time, matter of fact, I'd say it's a pretty damn good deal.

Most of you know me from my podcast, The Earnest Mann Show, where I give you my take on the questions I receive from my listeners, everything from current events, and entertainment, to philosophical musings concerning relationships and the meaning of life - which I still haven’t entirely figured out - by the way. Hahaha

But in all seriousness, now that you have proven that you have an attention span greater than a goldfish, what I want to tell you, very simply and concisely, is I have discovered a means and methodology, for dramatically improving a qualifying person's life, all you have to do at this point, is continue reading.

I have discovered certain patterns of human engagement and behavior, and in turn developed my own methodology, for analyzing that engagement and behavior, and by listening to and discussing various aspects of life with hundreds of people over hundreds of hours, I was then able to use my very own specially created process, to break down all the separate subject matter, via their multiple central core grounded concern, and by focusing on that central core grounded concern, it overwhelmingly, and repeatedly, came to the same conclusion, the one subject that kept being asked about - regardless if the questions themselves did not even openly express that - by far, more than any other question, was about their own personal future.

Practically everyone, - apparently - wants to know what their future holds, so they can plan their lives accordingly, which totally makes sense, as any remotely aware person would ask such a question, especially as the world seems to be getting more unstable and unpredictable every day.

What I noticed however, is that it even though that observation seems simple, the question, cannot be accurately answered, because it is typically being asked in a practically improper form, in other words, from what I came to understand, it is like looking at the famous illustration, of the snake eating its tail, yes we can see that the snake is eating its tail, but that is not answering the question, why is the snake eating its tail? Or put another way, regardless of what we claim we are trying to achieve, why are we doing things, which are ultimately self-defeating of those goals?

What I discovered with my methodology, (my equation) was that the proper form of the question, needs to be  submitted much closer to something like this:

Earnest, I am person X, this is who I am and where I currently am in my life (person X has given me only basic necessary and required information) and I firmly believe, that I need, want, or should be here (person X gives a geographical location of where they want to live, if that is their desire, or simply a more fluid and genuinely happy state in their life regardless of place of residence) I respond by giving confirmation of what I understand they are telling me, and my best step by step advice to person X for how they go about achieving what it is they desire. Assuming all goes according to plan, (Assuming the 80-90% accuracy rule) they achieve as much as possible of what they told me they wanted, and are now very contented with their new found lives or living situation.

Now I do not wish to disturb this beautiful image, yet I need to stipulate, that unfortunately, all persons do not qualify for this opportunity, it is not necessarily about money, there are simply qualifications that a person either possesses, or does not possess.

For example, Oprah Winfrey, is a very wealthy person, but she could not walk into an operating room at a hospital, and just start doing open heart surgery on someone just because of her celebrity and/or because she gave the hospital a large sum of money, Winfrey is not a surgeon, she does not qualify to be operating on people, and similarly, she would not qualify for what I am offering. Sorry Oprah.

I want to make this pledge crystal clear, no matter how much money Oprah Winfrey would offer me, I WOULD NOT ACCEPT IT, IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. There are many others who are also extremely wealthy and the same rule would apply, I make no exceptions, stated simply, there is much that I am offering that is within my control, yet there are elements that are beyond my control, and qualifying is one of them.

If it is determined that you do not qualify, you do not qualify, PERIOD.

Having said that, I'm going to share with you a brutal truth, the fact is, most people don’t really want - even if they claim otherwise - you to tell them their potential realized future success, what they actually want - which I know on the surface makes no sense at all - is a sometimes interesting, sometimes not, path to inevitable failure, something which is completely incompatible with what I’m offering, because only with your success, do I have my success, so even if I were a very selfish person -which I'm not- helping you achieve your success, helps me achieve mine, and frankly, I damn sure want to achieve mine.

Most people for example, do not want to be told when they will die, which I totally understand, and I wouldn’t want to be told when I was going to die either, it would certainly rain on the parade of a person’s life, don’t you think?

Fortunately for all concerned, your eventual death is not something I can, or want to, predict, but there are many other things that I can predict, with 80 to 90% accuracy, which, statistically speaking, I believe is actually pretty good, and no, I don’t predict winning lottery numbers, that is crookedness, pure and simple, something I have nothing to do with, it is a swindler’s game I don’t play, but if you are interested in something very reality-based and real, then keep reading.

What I am talking about here, is my ability to give My Sound Advice, hence going forward, I will simply refer to as MSA. MSA is intended to bring about very positive change in your life, and MSA is strictly intended for you and you only, and the information given,  well simply not work for anyone else for various reasons. If I may use a simple analogy to illustrate, if you're someone who suffers from flat feet, and you excessively pronate, MSA is the equivalent, of custom orthotics.

As I previously stated, MSA has an 80 to 90% accuracy rate, still, that’s not 100%, but any advice proposing 100%, accuracy is crooked, it is deception, with two exceptions, death and taxes, but I feel very confident that you  probably already knew that. Hahaha

So, am I going to tell you exactly how I do what I do, or what my methodology is? No, of course not, but I can tell you a bit about what it’s not, and after that, I'm going to give you three illustrations, the first two are short and simple, and the third a bit longer and more complex, but once you have read the three illustrations, you should have a much clearer understanding, of what MSA is.

I Feel it as equally important, that it before I illustrate what MSA is, you should also know what MSA is not, It has nothing to do with any of the following:

Drugs, Energy Field Affirmations, Your Chakras, Numerology, Astrology, Reiki, LGBTQQIP2SAA, Reflexology, Catatonic Sexual Dysfunction, Shadow People, The Greys, The Rosicrucian’s, Time Traveling, Bigfoot, Zoroastrianism, Christian Noncopulation Syndrome, Alternative Dimensions, Alien Abduction, Somnambulism, Time Space Portals, The Thin Man, Flat Earth Theory, Fart Gas Stasis, Astro Projection, The Reptilians, Tarot Cards, The Knights Templar, Hollow Earth Theory, Remote Viewing, Ouija Boards, Tea Leaf Reading, Life Coaching, The Ice Capades or any form of spirituality or religion of any kind, whatsoever.

If you’ve stuck around this far, congratulations! Your demonstrating higher functionality by investing a little of your time looking into this, and good communication skills are definitely one of the main qualifiers! So, my ntrepid friend, here's your first reward. If you stick with what I'm telling you till the end, you are going to be surprised to discover what many people are not aware of.

Now, here are the three examples I just spoke of, remember that these are for illustrative purposes only.

 1) let's say you wanted to get a certain car, and for whatever reason, you wanted this specific year make and model, a 2010 Nissan Sentra.

Even if you were prudent enough to have the car inspected before purchase, even by your own mechanic, you would find out that this is a very bad choice. Now let's say your mechanic inspects the car, and it passes with flying colors, so you're very happy, now it turns out that there is one really huge red flag about this car, and because you don't know about it, you don't ask, but if you did ask your mechanic their final opinions, and they maybe rather subtly or off the cuff, mentioned that they've been known to have transmission problems, you still might ignore that, and get the car anyway, a decision, you would come to regret.

Had you been privy to MSA (I don't usually use MSA for automobiles, and allthough I'm just using it for illustrative purposes what I'm stating is true) you would not have even had the cost to have that car inspected in the first place, because first and foremost, despite any other potential problems, I would have told you that that particular car, has a transmission that always fails somewhere around 150 and 170 thousand miles, regardless of maintenance, and the transmission is essentially non-repairable, no transmission shop will work on it, it is replacement only, and therefore by not buying it, you avoid what will eventually become a very large and expensive boat anchor.

2) You own a restaurant, (the type of restaurant also matters very much in this equation) and you need to hire new servers. You have two or three positions available, and you have about 20 applicants. If you were following MSA, there is a technique and questions asked by the interviewer, that can pretty much guarantee an excellent server, and not only that, but an excellent server that is going to stay with you for an extended amount of time, this of course means not only better service for the customers, but saves you the owner, a lot of money, due to the downtime cost effects of a higher turnover rate, such as proper employee position training, and lost customer familiarity, all factors which severely affect a restaurants profitability.

If you do own a restaurant, allow me to gift you just a small tip. Customers become and remain repeat customers not as much for the food -  do not flatter yourself, food is a very important, but a secondary consideration - but for the familiarity and pleasant conversation with the wait staff.

And now - drum roll please -  we arrive at number 3.

 3) The process for selecting new professional basketball players, begins at the high school level, and by the time they have reached the college level, there are two primary analyzing metrics that are used to determine which players are actually going to go to the pros. The two primary analyzing metrics, are not only the physical makeup of the player, but the psychological as well, that is to say, how well and quickly the mind and body work together, for that particular sport.

To put it simply, there are plenty of young men that are tall enough, and they may even possess the proper body mass, but if they are too ungainly, if they are simply just a bit too awkward or clumsy, the researchers know that that is something they are most likely not going to grow or practice out of, and they know this because, they have a great deal of analytical tools, to measure this, as well as years of psychological and physiological data, and the predictive power of all those numbers is incredible.

In short, when all the numbers are crunched, they do not lie, even when they tell our perspective athlete, what they don’t want or expect to hear, that not only they didn’t make the cut for the team, but they're not even going to be in the pros.

You’ll remember what I said earlier, about offering MSA that is 80 or 90% accurate? I believe at this point it would be only fair, to illustrate how badly things can go, when that OTHER nasty 10 or 20% rears its ugly head.

Once players have gotten to a certain level in college ball, and the powers that be start doing all this analyzing and scrutinizing, they’re making a major investment in time and money, and like any other business, investors don’t like to see their investments fail.

So now, that extremely small percentage of players, are on the college team, and being considered for the pros, let’s say our guy does make it to the pros, and he’s fantastic, doing everything they hoped he would do and then some, his future looks really great, but then after just one or two seasons, disaster strikes.

Because he is so young, he can have a tendency to do, what we all have done when we were young and stupid, make really bad decisions.

In this case, he went out on the town partying, got very intoxicated, lost control of his vehicle while driving at very excessive speed, hit another vehicle and killed three people, not to mention serious bodily career-ending injury, to himself.

This is it's quite realistically what is intended with MSA being 80 to 90% accurate.

There are things in life that are simply beyond our control, you can give the best advice in the world, but if that advice goes unheeded, or if one waits too long, it can fail. And then there is also the possibility, that absolutely by no fault of their own, just simple bad luck, such as being in the wrong place at the wrong time, things can still go completely wrong.

I am not in any way trying to be pessimistic, I am simply saying as a realist, that MSA is not a guarantee, I don’t want anything legally thrown back at me, If things simply don't work out.

It’s very important that this potentiality be understood, so I’ll give you one more brief example.

Someone may hyper enthusiastically - yet erroneously - believe they're calling, their future, is to own and operate a restaurant, that because they may have some rudimentary experience working in a restaurant, have the money to finance the project, and feel that it is their “calling” in life to own a restaurant, doesn’t remotely guarantee success, and the statistics for new business failures - particularly restaurants - within the first two years, absolutely back up what I’m saying. But regardless of these facts, we all know how pig-headed and stubborn people can be.

Now had any of those people who were hell-bent on opening a restaurant had MSA, and they were being told what they needed to hear, not what they wanted to hear - If such were the case, through MSA, I honestly would’ve told them, that there was a huge conflict between their personality, skill set, as well as other metrics, and a restaurant is the absolutely worst business (for them) they should open, and, consequently, they actually took that advice, and didn’t open that restaurant, all that time and money, that ended up in failure, could have been avoided, and by taking MSA instead, ended up with a successful business, and a better happier life.

In conclusion, perhaps the even deeper point I wish to illustrate, is that you don't have to be an island, that what you want to accomplish in your life doesn't have to be an unpleasant and stressful solo battle. Your desires, for what you want to see and/or do in your future life, are as individual, as you are, I am just the 300-pound gorilla in the corner of the room, that wants to offer MSA.

So we come down to the big inevitable question, how much is MSA cost?

My overall consideration for MSA, is determined on a VERY individual basis.

It is determined for example, by the amount of time and complexity of your life project, which comes after the intake process. The intake process is at a very modest donation of only thirty dollars ($30.00) which is primarily to determine if you qualify, and is NON-REFUNDABLE.

You will receive the intake process questionnaire, after I have received the thirty dollar ($30.00) donation which can be sent via the following link- https://ko-fi.com/earnestmann and the funds have cleared.

A working net income base of at least 50K - single or combined - is necessary to qualify.

I just wish to reiterate, that regardless of income, - NOT EVERYONE QUALIFIES - and I can not give any explanation as to why someone does not qualify, but I will simply say, that if that be the case, that you did not qualify, It is very likely - such as the case that I described concerning Oprah Winfrey - that the interested party, made the assumption, that just because they had a very high income they would be automatically accepted - is completely and absolutely wrong.

To put this as simply as I know. I am not by any means rich, and although I know several people who are what most people would consider to be rich, yet those people, do, and have continued to do for many years, that  which helps others, this is what my principles separates the wheat from the chaff.

It is not my desire in life, for obscene wealth, and to be blunt, I really don't like to keep company with people like that, but I do have something helpful to offer, and if you're the right person on a different wavelength, I'll do everything reasonable I can to help you, which ultimately to me, means happiness for myself, and I feel in this life, when it comes right down to it, that's all that really truly matters.

My promise, is always to be brutally honest, and to tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear.

If this sounds like something you would be interested in, reach out to me via my about/contact page, on this website and I will get back to you as soon as possible to get the intake process going.

Thank you and take care - Earnest Mann
